FORK ARM SAFETY
- Make sure the fork arm load rating matches the fork truck load rating and load being fitted
- Damaged forks, as a result of misuse of overloading, should be returned immediately for repair and re-testing
- Do not weld fork arms. This is dangerous
- Fork arms with 10% reduction in blade thickness should be withdrawn from service
