Fork Arms

We are able to supply replacement fork arms for all types and sizes of lift and reach truck.

STANDARD SPECIFICATION

  • ISO 2328 and ISO 2330
  • Load test certificate on request. Test load = 3 X S.W.L.
  • Each fork stamped with identification number and rated S.W.L. per fork
  • Hook type mountings to I.S.O., F.E.M. and B.I.T.A. standards – class 1, 2, 3 and 4

SPECIAL APPLICATIONS

  • Varying cross sections and lengths
  • Bolt-on, pin type and special mountings
  • Bronze and stainless steel materials
  • Long drop forks

FORK ARM SAFETY

  • Make sure the fork arm load rating matches the fork truck load rating and load being lifted
  • Damaged forks, as a result of misuse or overloading, should be returned immediately for repair and re-testing
  • Do not weld fork arms. This is dangerous
  • Fork arms with 10% reduction in blade thickness should be withdrawn from service
